For the sweet toothed, fall often means candy corn, caramel apples and apple pie. To me, fall means pumpkin muffins. Not too sweet, not too savory, but with enough cinnamon and nutmeg to evoke a slice pumpkin pie, these are the perfect fall treat. And they couldn’t be simpler to make.
